This Privacy Policy explains how Haulvix ("Haulvix," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use haulvix.com, our financing estimate calculator, and our application request form (the "Site"). Haulvix is a trade name of Kyle Biancardi, who operates the Site. Haulvix is not a lender. We connect businesses with our lending partners for commercial equipment leases and loans. The Site is for business-purpose financing only.

Information we collect

Business and contact information you give us, such as your name, title, business name, business address, email, phone number, industry, time in business, annual revenue, and ownership details.
Financing needs, such as the equipment you want, its cost, the amount and term you are looking for, and the inputs you enter into the calculator.
Device and usage data collected automatically through cookies, pixels, and similar tools, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and ad-campaign information.
Information you submit through our lead ad forms on Facebook or Instagram, which Meta passes to us along with the ad and form you responded to and the choices you made on that form.
Consent records, such as the date, time, page, and wording of any consent you give on our forms.

How we use information

To respond to your request and match you with lending partners that may offer financing that fits your needs.
To contact you about your request by email or phone call, including calls you book with us. We do not send text messages.
If you check the optional email box, to send you equipment financing tips and offers from Haulvix by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, and consent is not required to apply.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site, measure our advertising, and prevent fraud.
To keep records, comply with law, and enforce our Terms of Use.

How we share information

Lending partners, only with your consent. If you check the consent-to-share box, we share the information you submit with our lending partners and their service providers so they can contact you about equipment loans and leases, for business use only. Each lending partner uses your information under its own privacy policy, and may obtain business and personal credit reports as part of its review.
Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as hosting, CRM, email, scheduling, and phone platforms, analytics, and advertising tools. They may use information only to provide services to us.
Legal and safety reasons, such as to comply with law or legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or others.
Business transfers, such as to an affiliate or successor entity, or in a merger, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

Chat. If you use the chat on our Site, we collect what you type, such as your name, email address, phone number, and messages, and we keep a record of the conversation. Our chat is provided by a service provider that processes and stores chats on our behalf. We use chat information to respond to you and handle your request as described in this Privacy Policy. If you give your phone number in chat, we use it only to call you about your request. We do not send text messages.

Phone numbers and calls. We use your phone number only to call you about your request. We do not send text messages. Our calls are dialed by a person, not by an autodialer or prerecorded voice. We do not sell or rent phone numbers, and we do not share them with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. This does not limit sharing with service providers that help us run our business, or sharing your contact details with a lending partner when you check the separate consent-to-share box.

Sale of information. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies and your choices. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie banner. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site works. Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. You can opt out of email by using the unsubscribe link, and out of calls by telling us on a call or by emailing [email protected]. To ask a lending partner to stop contacting you, contact that partner directly.

Retention. We keep lead and consent information for 3 years after you submit it, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute, and then delete or de-identify it.

Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information such as full Social Security or bank account numbers through the Site.

Your state privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sales, or certain profiling. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond as required by law, and you may appeal a denial by replying to our decision. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.

Children. The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes. We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and where required we will give you additional notice.
